Preparation:

Wood surface must be clean and dry with maximum moisture content 16%.

It is recommended to sand the wood surface with sandpaper #180 or #240 for furniture or  #150 or #180 for flooring. 

Application:

1, Mix the oil (component A) and hardener (component B) at ratio of 10:3, stir thoroughly, stand for 10 minute;

2, Spread the oil with brush,cloth or buffing machine and apply one thin coat along the wood grain; 

3, Remove surplus after 15 minutes;

4, Leave it dry overnight under good ventilation, otherwise odor may be caused by improper drying. 

    Do not clean the surface with water or cover the surface within 7 days.

If higher surface quality and better smoothness needed, apply a second coat.

5(Optional), After 24-36 hours, sand the dry surface with sandpaper #400, and remove the dust thoroughly. 

                    Apply the second coat with same method as the first coat with lower application amount.

6(Optional), Remove surplus after 15 minutes;

7(Optional), Leave it dry overnight under good ventilation, Do not clean the surface with water or cover the surface within 7 days.

It can be tinted with Biohouse^® Tinting Color and adding percentage should not exceed 25%.

Application amount: 

1st coat:    30-50g/m²  

Tool cleaning:

Use BIOHOUSE^® Superclean Thinner 100.

Maintenance and renovation: 

For daily cleaning, use water or water added with BIOHOUSE^® Natural Soap 420.

For maintenance, use BIOHOUSE^® Maintenance Oil 411 or 418 (aqua).

For renovation, Use BIOHOUSE^® Hard Wax Oil. No sanding required before renovation. 

A intense clean with BIOHOUSE^® Natural Soap 420 might be necessary.

Drying time: (20℃,RH50%,provided good ventilation)

Dust dry: approx. 24-36 hours; 

Hard dry: approx. 48 hours,

Final hardness: approx. 1 week.

Pot life: 

Can be stored above 3 years if can is full and tightly closed.

Caution: 

Do not crumple or fold the used cloth.Cloths soaked with oil should be placed in water immediately 

after use to eliminate the small chance of self-ignition.

Store out of the reach of children.

Store cool place.
